External Recognition

2016 was a landmark year for Mount Anvil. We achieved 99.97% in the British Safety Council’s 5 Star Health & Safety Audit—the highest score ever awarded to any company—received our fourth and fifth Sword of Honour from the British Safety Council, and had our environmental commitments recognised as we were awarded two Globes of Honours.

5 star Occupational Health & Safety Audit and Sword of Honour

We couldn’t be prouder of our world-class Health & Safety culture and our commitment to sector-leading environmental management here at Mount Anvil. It’s always satisfying to see our hard work and values-led approach recognised, and 2016 was a standout year for us.

The British Safety Council awarded us an unprecedented Health & Safety Audit score of 99.97%, and our fourth and fifth Sword of Honour, a prestigious award recognising excellence in Health & Safety.

  • British Safety Council – Construction Sector Interest Group along with MACE, Lend Lease, St George, Sir Robert McAlpine

5 Star Environmental Audit and Globe of Honour

In 2016 Mount Anvil received its second 5 star rating across two sites in the British Safety Council 5 star Environmental Audit, recognising a best practice management system that goes beyond traditional environmental sustainability performance and standards.

We then went one step further, being awarded two British Safety Council Globe of Honours for our ongoing exceptional environmental commitments.
